ABOUT KELLY

Shaped by Caregiving. Proven in Leadership.

Long before strategy, titles, or executive roles, Kelly Copes-Anderson was a caregiver.

She has spent years caring for the people she loves most—supporting her son and now walking alongside her mother through late-stage Alzheimer’s disease. That experience has been filled with love, joy, responsibility, and, at times, overwhelming complexity.

It has also shaped how she sees healthcare.

Kelly knows what it feels like to search for answers, to navigate systems that don’t connect, and to carry the weight of making the right decisions for someone else. She understands the quiet strength it takes to keep going—and the frustration of not always knowing where to turn.

This isn’t just professional for her. It’s personal. It has also deepened her understanding of how differently healthcare is experienced across communities, especially for those who are often underserved or overlooked.

And that’s why her work is grounded in one belief: healthcare should work for real people living real lives.

Alongside that lived experience is a career spanning more than 30 years at Eli Lilly and Company, where Kelly held senior executive roles across healthcare access, oncology, analytics, marketing, and embedding equitable practices directly into business strategy.

Most recently, she served as Vice President of Cardiometabolic Healthcare Access, leading national efforts to expand access to obesity and diabetes care. She also served as Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, embedding equity directly into business strategy to drive meaningful outcomes.

Earlier in her career, she led global oncology brands, including the worldwide launch of Verzenio for breast cancer, and built a reputation for translating complex data into clear direction, aligning leaders, and delivering measurable results.

Following her transition from corporate leadership in 2025, Kelly founded Precizion Strategies LLC, a natural extension of the work she had been doing for decades. Throughout her career, she saw firsthand the cost of missing clarity and the impact that’s possible when strategy is focused, aligned, and executable.

Today, Kelly brings both worlds together.

She helps organizations and leaders move from insight to action—designing strategies that are not only data-driven, but human-centered and built to work in real life.

For Kelly, elevating wellness has never been just a strategy. It has been a way of life — and a belief that when people are well, everything they lead becomes better.

It’s about people.
